Terms & Conditions

  • Graduates/Post/Under-Graduate Candidates or Students persuing final year are eligible for Training.
  • From the Day of Registration or Enrollment whichever is done first, Student/Candidate can attend any batch on whichever skill they have enrolled for any number of times, from the same Trainer within a span of one year.
  • Universal Corporate Training only charges for Training, and does not charge students/candidates for Jobs/Placements.
  • Jobs/Placements are value added services and not paid services, provided by Universal Corporate Training and should not be considered as Job/Placement Guarantee.
  • Universal Corporate Training offers Job/Placement assistance to students for a period of one year from the date of Registration or Enrollment and this assistance can further be extended depending on the Students dedication and efforts however Universal Corporate Training will have the right to decide on extension of assistance.
  • To be eligible for Placements, Students should be regular at classroom sessions and should maintain more than 95% Attendance.
  • Interview calls are provided to students on the basis of dedication, efforts, mock interview ratings, Trainer ratings and especially on Merit, only paying the fees will not guarantee interview calls.
  • Universal Corporate Training holds the rights to revise the Terms & Conditions without prior notice to students/candidates.

Privacy Policy

  • All Students/Candidates identifiable data received by Universal Corporate Training as part of communication with Students/Candidates is treated as confidential data and not shared outside Universal Corporate Training.
  • As part of Job/Placement assistance, Student/Candidates data may be shared to clients for interview and professional purposes.

Refund Policy

  • Fees are usually accepted after Demo sessions and are absolutely Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
  • Fees includes Registration charges.
  • Fees paid in advance depending on the offer, if any, before the start of the batch, in case of cancellation 25% of the total paid fees will be deducted as part of administration charges and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • On discounted courses, refund is not applicable.
  • If the candidate pays Complete/Partial/Registration Fees and attends a single class after the Demo, the fees are not Refundable.
  • Refund in any case will take a minimum time of 45 to 60 working days.
  • Students are requested to maintain/retain the receipts for any future references Tax amount if applicable will not be refunded

Terms for Admission

If a student takes a course with Universal Corporate Training, you agree to the following Terms. Universal Corporate Training holds the right to modify or change without any prior notice and in its sole discretion.

  • Once a candidate enrolls in Universal Corporate Training and gets placed during or after completing the course, Universal Corporate Training may ask the candidate for testimonial, which will be displayed on our Website, Social Media, Events or Third party platforms.
  • Candidate should be aware that your necessary/contact information could be used by Universal Corporate Training for promotional activities.
  • Courses at Universal Corporate Training change with time depending on the respective technology so as to improve and make its relevance for the current industry demand, if at any point of time if you are not satisfied with the approach taken, then the ultimate solution is to discontinue with the course you have enrolled.
  • We expect every student to read the same before enrolling/joining the course.
  • If Universal Corporate Training finds any students/candidates violating our company policies or training material, it has all the right to not serve the candidates.
  • Admission is not Transferable.
  • Universal Corporate Training holds the rights to revise the Refund Policy & Admission Terms without prior notice to students/candidates.
